Leading Audio Production Company Makes Movember One To Remember!

Australia’s favourite audio production agency turns charitable once again, and this time grows a “mo” for a worthy cause - to raise awareness for prostate cancer and depression.

UK Sound Studios’s managing director, Ben Harrison, found himself in a hairy situation, but for a charitable cause when he attempted to grow a moustache for Movember.

During the month of November, which is fast becoming known as Movember, Mr Harrison threw out his razors in attempt to help raise awareness for men’s health issues, particularly prostate cancer and depression.

“I really wanted to take part in this as it is a cause that is very close to my heart ... It was great to see so many ‘mo bro’s’ out there showing their support,” he said.

Movember started in Australia back in 2003, with 30 Mo Brothers sporting the hairy lips. According to the official Movember website ( http://au.movember.com ) over 128,000 Mo Bros and Sistas throughout the world got on board last year and raised over $21 million.

“Movember was something I was really passionate about, I believe in the importance of changing the attitudes relating to men’s health issues. My staff at UK Sound Studios were really supportive of me.

“I had a really fun time attempting to grow a ‘mo’ and I also got to give back to the community,” said Mr Harrison.
